Terms of Service

Welcome to ServiceGo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ServiceGo mobile application and website (servicegogcc.com) (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Mawtori ServiceGo Platform W.L.L., a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain (“ServiceGo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. What ServiceGo Is

ServiceGo is a marketplace that connects car owners (“Customers”) with independent garages and service providers (“Garages”) in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Through the Service, Customers can compare Garages, view prices and ratings, and book car services such as batteries, tyres, brakes, oil changes, air-conditioning service, car washes, and roadside assistance.

ServiceGo is not a garage and does not perform car services itself. The services are provided by independent Garages. ServiceGo facilitates the connection and booking between you and the Garage; the actual service, its quality, pricing, and workmanship are the responsibility of the Garage that performs it.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
• You register using your mobile phone number and verify it with a one-time password (OTP).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your device and access to your account secure.

3. Bookings

• When you book a service, you are requesting that service from the Garage you selected. A booking is subject to the Garage confirming it.
• Prices shown in the Service are set by the Garages. ServiceGo displays these prices but does not set them.
• Details of your booking are shared with the Garage as described in our Privacy Policy — your precise contact and location details are shared with the Garage only after a booking is confirmed.
• You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, service, and location information so the Garage can serve you correctly.

4. Pricing and Payment

• The price you pay is the price shown for the service you booked, as set by the Garage. You should confirm the final price with the Garage before work begins, particularly for diagnostic or repair work where the scope may change.
• Payment for the service is arranged between you and the Garage. Any applicable payment terms will be made available in the Service.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

You may cancel a booking through the Service. Please cancel as early as possible out of respect for the Garage’s time. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to use the Service.

6. Ratings, Reviews, and “Go Assured”

• You may be able to rate and review Garages. Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not contain unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
• The “Go Assured” badge indicates a Garage we have reviewed and approved. It reflects our vetting at a point in time and is not a guarantee of any specific outcome for your service.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• Provide false information, impersonate others, or misuse another person’s account.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm Garages or other users.

8. Relationship Between Customers and Garages

Any agreement for car services is between you and the Garage. ServiceGo is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality of work, delays, or conduct of any Garage or Customer. Any dispute regarding a service should be raised first with the Garage; we may assist where we reasonably can, but we are not obliged to resolve such disputes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceGo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service or any services provided by Garages, including as to quality, safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. You use the Service and engage Garages at your own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, ServiceGo and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or from any service provided by a Garage. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
